1. AI Use in Service Delivery

PANTAN Technologies may use AI-assisted tools to support — not replace — the professional judgment of our compliance specialists in tasks such as document drafting, research, gap analysis, and template development. All AI-assisted work product is reviewed, edited, and approved by qualified human professionals before delivery to clients.

2. Human Oversight Requirement

No AI-generated content is delivered to clients without review and approval by a qualified PANTAN compliance professional. AI tools are used as productivity aids. Final responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment of all deliverables rests with PANTAN's human team members.

3. Data Privacy in AI Tools

PANTAN does not input personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), or confidential client data into publicly available AI language models that retain, train on, or share user inputs. Only anonymized or de-identified content is processed where AI tools are used in compliance documentation workflows.

4. Limitations of AI-Assisted Work

AI-assisted documentation tools may not reflect the most current regulatory guidance or recent legal developments. All documentation produced for clients should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel prior to reliance for legal or regulatory compliance purposes. 5. Transparency to Clients

Clients may request disclosure of whether AI tools were used in the preparation of specific deliverables. We will provide transparent disclosure upon request.
