PANTAN Technologies provides compliance documentation, contract review and template preparation, Public Access File (PAF) management services and SaaS platform access, government vendor and procurement documentation, regulatory compliance support, and related professional services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement shall be governed by a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site; gain unauthorized access to any system or network; or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

PANTAN's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PANTAN in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
